1. The remainder of the amount calculated by deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds of the sale, which is put up for an auction of the 91.8 square meters in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant shared the share of 91.8 square meters in the shares in the separate sheet of co-ownership in Ansan-gu, Jeonyang-si (hereinafter “instant land”). As of the date of closing argument in the instant case, the Plaintiff wishes to resolve the co-ownership relationship, and as of the date of closing argument in the instant case, the Plaintiff and the Defendant did not reach an agreement on the method of dividing the instant land, thereby seeking the division of the instant land by means of auction or division.
