1. Defendant A

가. 협박 피고인은 2011. 8. 4. 05:34경 경기 이천시 G에 있는 피해자 B(32세)의 주거지 앞 노상에서 평소 피해자가 나이 많은 피고인의 친구에게 말을 함부로 한 것과 관련하여 피해자를 훈계하려 하였으나 피해자가 말을 듣지 않아 감정이 좋지 않던 중, 피해자의 주거지에 찾아가 현관문을 두드리며 “세탁소 아들놈의 새끼 나와라, 칼로 죽여 버릴테니깐! 겁나냐!”라고 말하면서 마치 칼로 피해자에게 위해를 가할 듯이 행동하여 피해자를 협박하였다.

B.
