1. The defendant shall pay 90 million won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from May 2, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On November 18, 2016, the Plaintiff was unable to receive KRW 91 million out of the construction price, even though the Defendant was awarded a contract for the part of the tin construction among the new construction works of a detached house and completed the relevant construction work.
Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the above construction cost and damages for delay to the plaintiff.
2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
