The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3,00,000 at the Gwangju District Court on November 6, 2012, and a fine of KRW 5,000,000 on July 31, 2013 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On November 20, 2013, the Defendant driven Bcoon vehicle without a driver's license in the state of under the influence of 0.076% of blood alcohol concentration by around 23:18 on the same day from November 20, 2013.
