Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
1. As a result of examining the plaintiff's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the first instance and the legitimacy of the judgment of the first instance by examining the evidence submitted by the parties, the fact-finding and determination of the first instance court are recognized
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is also accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is just and without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
