The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the rejection of each of the evidence Nos. 7, 8, and 9, which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff’s assertion as evidence submitted by the court of first instance, and therefore, it cited this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
