1. The defendant shall pay 35 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 11, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The indication B of the claim had a claim against the Defendant for payment of KRW 35 million as the construction price. On March 18, 2013, the Plaintiff transferred the claim to the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff was delegated with the authority to notify the assignment of claim from B, and notified the Defendant of the assignment of claim at that time.
