A. 1) The Plaintiff is a juristic person engaged in original Does and retail businesses, and the Defendant is a juristic person engaged in food processing business. 2) The Plaintiff entered into a continuous supply contract with the Defendant around March 2009, and supplied goods to the Defendant from around that time. The Defendant did not pay KRW 239,898,500 out of the price for the goods supplied until now.

B. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 239,898,500 for the goods and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from January 17, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is obviously a day after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.

2. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
