Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates "C Singing practice place" in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
No singing practice room business operator shall sell or offer any alcoholic beverage.
Nevertheless, at around 00:25 on March 14, 2017, the Defendant sold two customers to two customers at the 8 room of the instant singing practice room, and violated the code of practice of a singing practice room operator by selling 2 sicks to 4,000 won per unit.
