1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 9, 2005 to June 18, 2008.

Reasons

1. On October 22, 2008, the plaintiff filed a claim for reimbursement against the defendant with Seoul Central District Court Decision 2008Kadan119093, and on October 22, 2008, the defendant, from August 9, 2005 to June 18, 2008, ordered the plaintiff to pay the plaintiff 10 million won with 5% interest per annum and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. The above judgment becomes final and conclusive as of November 8, 2008, and filed the lawsuit of this case to extend the prescription period (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act) by public notice.
