1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 315,50,000 and KRW 300,000 among them, from May 19, 2004, KRW 8,000,000.

Reasons

1. On November 11, 2009, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant for the payment of loan amounting to Busan District Court 2009Gahap14756, and was sentenced by the above court on November 11, 2009, "the defendant shall pay 315,50,000 won to the plaintiff and 300,000 won among them, from May 19, 2004, from 8,000,000 won to September 30, 2004, from 6,50,000 won to 6,50,000 won from October 6, 2005 to 1,00,000 won from the day of full payment to the day of full payment, and the above judgment shall become final and conclusive against the defendant's damages for late payment of 24% per annum from December 27, 2005 to the day of full payment, and the above judgment shall become final and conclusive against the above defendant's damages for delay of 10.
