1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 1,504,312,00 and 20% per annum from August 1, 2012 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the payment of the sum of KRW 1,504,312,00 and damages for delay which the Plaintiff leased to the Defendant over 322 times from the end of April 2004 to the end of February 2012.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
