However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in a SP area B.

1. On November 15, 2014, at around 01:20 on the same day from the juice department store located in Busan-dong, Busan-gu to the front road located in the same Gu Jeonpo-dong, the Defendant driven the said Spo-si car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 1.2 km without obtaining a driver’s license from the juice department store to the front road in the same Gu Jeonpo-dong, and around 01:24 on the same day, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.253%.

Around November 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) (hereinafter referred to as the above), driving a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of 0.253% while under the influence of alcohol on November 15, 2014, and driving the said motor vehicle on the front side of the judity department, thereby driving the said motor vehicle on the back side of the judithy department.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by checking well the front left.
