A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
No authorized broker, etc. of the opening business shall engage in direct transactions with the client.
While the Defendant operated the “C Real Estate” located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, and was working as an authorized broker for the opening of the business, the Defendant sold the D apartment E commercial building in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, to F, and directly traded it.
