1. The defendant shall attach [Attachment 2] D to the plaintiffs.
Each equivalent amount set forth in the paragraph and each equivalent amount shall be from August 20, 2014 to November 2016.
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a local public enterprise established based on the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Daejeon Metropolitan City Urban Railroad Corporation Ordinance, and the plaintiffs are the workers employed by the defendant.
B. The definitions of terms used in the provisions of Article 3 (Definition of Terms), such as the provision on the remuneration and welfare of the defendant, are as follows:
1. The term “repair” means the aggregated amount of salary and various other allowances;
2. The term "salary" means a basic salary paid by class and salary class;
3. The term “retirement allowances” means various allowances under the provisions of Article 14;
4. The term "ordinary wages" means the total amount of salaries, continuous service allowances, technical allowances, special service allowances, duties allowances, books and class allowances, meal service subsidies and meal service subsidies;
5. Article 4 (Date of Payment of Remuneration) (1) Remuneration shall be paid on the 20th of each month.
Provided, That if the payment date falls on a Saturday or a public holiday, it shall be paid on the preceding day.
Article 5 (Calculation Criteria) The remuneration shall be monthly salary, and if there are grounds for the daily wage of remuneration, the remuneration shall be calculated by the number of days of the relevant month, and the hourly wage shall be calculated by 1/209.
Article 8 (Remuneration in Case of Change of Status) The calculation of remuneration in the case of change of status shall be as follows:
1. In cases of new appointment, promotion, promotion, change of position, transfer, reinstatement, dismissal from position, suspension from office, reduction of salary, temporary retirement, etc., remuneration for the relevant month;
