Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a B-Epurd vehicle.
On January 28, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at the Dansan Hospital distance, which was under the influence of alcohol with 0.165% of the blood alcohol concentration at 0.165%, in a state of alcohol.
