A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B at low price.
1. Around 07:10 on March 1, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by approximately 0.125% of the blood alcohol concentration at the 1km section from the DF Center located in Osan-si, Osan-si to the shooting distance prior to DF Center located in Osan-si.
2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the injury caused by dangerous driving) was driving the said car under the influence of alcohol and driving it on a two-lane road near the shooting distance prior to the DF Center in OFC at OFC at the time and time set forth in paragraph 1, along with one lane from E store to F.
At this point, there was an intersection where signal lights are installed, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to observe the signal and drive safely by checking the right and the right and the right of the driver.

As a result, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim G, such as salt pans, tensions, etc. of the string that require a two-day medical treatment, injury to the victim I (the age of 47) who was on board the bus, such as salt pans, tensions, etc. of the string species that require a two-three-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim J (the age of 53) who was on board the bus, such as salt pans, tensions, etc. of the strings that require a two-day medical treatment.
