1. The Defendant’s KRW 404,907,471 as well as 5% per annum from June 21, 2010 to December 12, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

On May 20, 2010, the Defendant, with the indication of the claim, issued a promissory note with the face value of 408,167,935 won, and the due date of payment on June 20, 2010 to the Plaintiff (the Plaintiff, Inc., Ltd.) on May 20, 201. On May 24, 2010, a notary public drafted the said promissory note No. 433 as a democratic deed of 2010.
The plaintiff was only paid KRW 3,260,464 out of the above amount until now, and the plaintiff sought the payment of the remaining amount by the lawsuit of this case.
