On April 16, 2017, at around 09:27, the Defendant driven a car in body C without a driver’s license from approximately 5km section from the front of the Gyeongdong-gun, Gyeongbuk-do to the entrance road of the access road to the Pacific-Eup/Myeon in the same Gun.
