A. On October 23, 2015, D University (hereinafter “D”) concluded a sales liability insurance contract with the Defendant with the following major contents (hereinafter “instant contract”).

Insured and contractor: Dial Contract Number: The insurance period: from October 25, 2015 to October 25, 2016: the secured country: 200,000 to October 25, 2016: KOREA Guarantee Limit: 200,000 won per person for school facilities compensation, 1,000,000 won per person for internal treatment expenses, and 10,000,000 won for self-payment: Special Terms and Conditions for School Managers, Special Terms and Conditions for Guarantee of Private Medical Expenses, etc.

B. Around June 2016, D around 2016, D established a plan for the operation of language and culture training in the subordinate China, and selected 10 students according to the said plan, and conducted the fishery and culture training (hereinafter “instant training”) in the Chinese history G, etc. (hereinafter “instant training”) for about four weeks from July 10, 2016 to August 5, 2016, under the direction of professor F.

The instant training was conducted from July 11, 2016 to July 29, 2016, and was planned to conduct local culture experience, such as congenital H, I, and J, from July 31, 2016 to August 4, 2016.

C. The deceased K, a child of the plaintiffs, (hereinafter “the deceased”) participated in the instant training course while attending the 3th year of the East Asian Department of D University (JL).

On August 1, 2016, the Deceased complained of an increase in the symptoms of Gosan disease. At around 02:00 on the same day, students who participated in training were first provided first aid and sent back to M Hospital at around 03:40 on the same day.

(hereinafter “the instant accident”). As a result of the autopsy and appraisal on the deceased, the deceased’s private person was determined as an accusation.

The plaintiffs are the legal successors of the deceased, each of whom is one-half.

The main terms and conditions of the instant contract are as follows.
