A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a high bid.

On April 25, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at around 11:55, and proceeded to turn to the left at the salyang ordinary distance from the edge of the same control distance.

Since there is an intersection where a signal is installed, there was a duty of care for a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle to slowly drive the motor vehicle and safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received a part of the left side of the passenger vehicle of the victim B (the 30-year-old driver) driving on the upper left side of the front left side of the vehicle due to the negligence on the left side of the vehicle stop signal. The Defendant received the left side part of the passenger vehicle of the victim B (the 30-year-old driver) driving on the upper left side of the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injuries, such as cage cages, etc., which require approximately four weeks of medical treatment from the above occupational negligence.

2. Defendant B is a person engaged in driving a H Poter cargo vehicle.

The Defendant, at the same time, driven the above cargo vehicle, driven the front road of the above F, along the two-lane distance from the intersection of Samyangsan, along the two-lane distance.

Since there is a cross-section where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to drive a person engaged in driving service and drive a person safely in accordance with the signals.

Ultimately, the Defendant committed the above occupational negligence.
