A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in advertising agency business, website production business, software development business, etc.

The Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract for the "out-of-city bus advertisement in Daegu metropolitan bus" that is posted to the Daegu metropolitan bus after manufacturing advertisements for the promotion of the sale of D apartment, Etel, and F apartment.

The details of the contract are as follows:

1) On or before September 27, 2019: Type of contract for external commercials (D): From September 19, 2019 to October 18, 2019 (one-month advertising period): Flusium (41), aggregate (26), aggregate-service (7), manufacturing cost (74): 46,167,00 won (VT) and 2 (E): From September 23, 2019: The period of contract for external commercials (E): 5,00 local bus advertising in Daegu area (F) to October 24, 2019; 40,167,000 won (including VT); 20,30,000 won (including VT); 20,30,0000 (MF) to 30,01,000,000 won (type of advertising contract; 25,044,000) to 24,019.

B. The Plaintiff provided all services such as producing and posting advertising in accordance with the terms and conditions of each of the above contracts.

According to each of the above contracts, the Plaintiff may terminate the contract where the Defendant did not pay the advertising fee for at least 60 days from the date of payment without any special reasons.

Advertising prices are to be paid within 60 days from the date of issuance of tax invoices.

The issue date of tax invoices shall be October 17, 2019 for contracts, October 22, 2019 for contracts, October 22, 2019 for contracts, and October 29, 2019 for third contracts, and the 60th day from the issue date of tax invoices shall be December 16, 2019 for contracts under the first contract, and for contracts under the second contract, December 21, 2019 for contracts under the second contract. < Amended by Act No. 15837, Dec. 28, 2019>

C. The defendant is against the third contract on February 7, 2020.
