A. On April 22, 2002, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) and its main contents are as follows.

[Main Contents of the insurance contract of this case] Name of insurance product: Details of guarantee of goods covered by the non-dividend special insurance contract and special agreement - Death insurance amount: KRW 104,00,000 when the insured status of Grade I disability in the table of disability classification - Disaster Disability benefit amounting to KRW 72,800,000 when the insured status of Grade II or VI disability in the table of disability classification : when the insured status of Grade II or VI disability in the table of disability classification : KRW 52,00,000 when the insured status of Grade II or VI disability in the table of disability classification : KRW 31,20,000 when the insured status of Grade III disability in the table of disability classification 4,5,60,000 when the class V disability of Grade V disability 5,60,000,000 won when the insured status of Grade V disability in the class V disability 5,60,000 won (Article 13 of the Terms).

1. When he/she dies during the insurance period;

2. When he/she becomes disabled in Grade I in the disability classification table during the insurance period period;

3. When disability of Grades II through VI in the disability classification table occurs during the period of insurance, detailed provisions for the payment of insurance proceeds in attached Table 1 (Article 14 of the Terms and Conditions) (1) When the insured becomes disabled of Grades II through III in the disability classification table during the period of insurance premium payment (Article 14 of the Terms and Conditions).

Article 28 of the Terms and Conditions (Article 28 of the Terms and Conditions) (1) When a company receives the documents prescribed in Article 27, it shall issue a certificate of receipt, and shall pay insurance money or refund money for cancellation or exempt the payment of insurance premium within three days from the date of receipt of the documents.

Provided, That where it is necessary to investigate or confirm the grounds for payment of insurance money or premiums, insurance money shall be paid within ten days after receipt.
