On September 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, the victim C (the 38 years of age) worked in the first floor parking lot of Songpa-gu Seoul building B, Songpa-gu, Seoul, for the same workplace as the victim and provided telephone contact to the rest of the defendant living together with the victim; (b) caused the victim’s face at several times; and (c) caused the victim’s buckbucks to the victim, such as an inside and outside of the entrance where approximately two weeks of treatment is required for the victim.
