Criminal facts
1. Defendants A and B stolen another person’s goods together with the following.
On May 13, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendants discovered a G-to-purd passenger car parked by the victim F in the street near the Dongsan-Eup located in the Pakistan-si, and Defendant B reported the network around the surrounding area. Defendant A opened a door of the said car and entered the inside, and cited one gallon ju S2 smartphone (on a market price of 100,000 won) owned by the victim, which was kept in the said place.
B. At around 02:00 on May 16, 2014, the Defendants discovered the I Poter truck parkeded by the victim H in the door-gu Seoul metropolitan apartment complex located in Seocho-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 16, 2014, and Defendant B reported the network around the surrounding area. Defendant A opened and opened the above cargo vehicle in his place, and cited one Baber6 smartphone (on a market price of 80,000 won) owned by the victim who was kept in his/her custody at the place, and one galthophone 2 smartphone (on a market price of 100,000 won).
C. On May 17, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendants discovered a K-learning car parked at the bus parking lot located in the 3-ri-ri-ri-Eup, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul. Defendant B reported the network around the surrounding area. Defendant A opened a galthm of the said car and opened it, and galthot 1 smartphone (on the market price) owned by the victim who was kept in the said place.
On May 18, 2014, the Defendants discovered Nwitter cargo vehicles parked by the victim M in front of the L, and Defendant B reported to the network around the L, Defendant A opened the unclaimed cargo vehicle and opened it into the entrance, and cited a V3 smartphone 1 unit (700,000 won at the market price) owned by the victim who was kept in custody.
2. Defendants A, B, and C committed a theft of, or attempted to commit a theft of, another’s goods jointly with the following.
Defendants are victims who are in the O at the time of Pakistan around 03:00 on June 21, 2014.
