【Criminal Facts】

On May 27, 2016, at around 14:20, the Defendant driven a B-Scar car without obtaining a driver's license from the front of the Incheon Integrated Bus Terminal located in 35, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, to the parking lot for a resting area of approximately 70km from the 16:00 on the same day from the front of the Incheon Integrated Bus Terminal to the 16:00 on the same day.

The Defendant had already been subject to seven times or criminal punishment due to a drunk driving, unlicensed driving, or escapeing vehicle, and driving a long distance under the condition of a non-licensed license even though the Defendant had been under the suspension of execution due to a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) and a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving).

Therefore, the sentence shall be imposed on the defendant, and the sentence shall be determined by considering the fact that the defendant commits a mistake, the age, character and behavior of the defendant, family environment, etc.
