1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 10 million won and as regards it, 20 million won.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The part demanding the payment of damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum since June 1, 2019 with respect to KRW 10 million pursuant to Article 3(1) main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019.
