However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Crimes from the end of March 2016 to June 22, 2016

(a) No person shall forge or use a registration number plate under the Automobile Management Act, or trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, or use forged or altered information;

B. On June 23, 2016, the Defendant had forged and used a car registration number plate as set forth in the above paragraph (1) due to the unpaid fines for negligence, etc., and had the intention to drive the car after forging the again number plate, and attaching it on the said car.
