2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

A. BSP 7 years old C worked for D and E in the early shipbuilding period, and F, the five years old descendants of the above C, had worked for G, H, I, J, and K five forms, and among which G, H, H siblings, and some of the subsequent descendants were residing in the Lline of Changwon-si from about 400 years ago.

B. The above Q was derived from N, and it was actually nonexistent. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the clan. On July 1994, 194, the representative was designated asO and the name of G and H, which were the shapes of H (hereinafter “Defendant clan”). At that time, the establishment of the bylaws was signed and sealed by Defendant A, among others, by the descendants of H, in addition to the subsequent descendants of G, the management similar to G, the management of the Plaintiff, the subsequent descendants of H, the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff’s affiliated PR, the Plaintiff and the auditor, respectively.

[However, the defendant clans protocol (No. 2-2) provided that "the purpose of this provision is to commemorate each worship as a lineal ascendant or descendant of the insignia in the U.S. and to protect and serve graves (Article 2)."

On the other hand, the descendants of H separately set the representative of September 1994 as Plaintiff P and registered the clan as the name of V clan (hereinafter “V clan”).
