Punishment of the crime
1. On July 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a G K5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.212% at a section of about 1km from the DNA route in Daejeon Pung-gu, Daejeon to the frontway in E around 00:30 on the same day.
2. On July 26, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, as described in paragraph 1 above, driving a vehicle as described in paragraph 1 above, while driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol on the front side set forth in paragraph 1 above, around 00:05.

3.
