Reasons

Details of the disposition

From September 1, 2007, the Plaintiff was in charge of the head of the facility team as a Class-8 civilian military employee at the Class-8 military employee of the 3 Camp headquarters headquarters. As follows, the Plaintiff committed violence and cruel violence against the branch members on September 1, 2001.

A. From May 2015 to June 2016, the Plaintiff got 3 to 4 times in total on the floor of the company members, including victim C injury and disease, under the pretext of giving due attention to the method of using tools during the performance of duties at a workplace located in B injury and disease.

B. The Plaintiff is from June 2016 to June 7, 2016 to the above A.

3. Around November 2015 and January 2016, the Plaintiff, such as sexual assault, etc., called sexual harassment to the injury and disease C, who took a leave of absence at the facility decentralization office, stating that “I am out whether I am her or not.”

A. On January 16, 2017, the Defendant was subject to a three-month suspension from office against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff violated his duty to maintain dignity by assault, verbal abuse, abusive language, bathing, and sexual harassment as above.

On April 27, 2017, the appeal filed by the Plaintiff, and the 3 Camp commander of the 3 Camp was reduced to one month from the suspension of the above disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on April 25, 2017.

On January 16, 2017, the defendant, who was mitigated for one month from office or less, as above.
