A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 6317"
1. On November 4, 2018, at around 06:20 on November 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) boarded a taxi on the front side of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) a victim taxi engineer B (Nam, 68 years old) shouldered himself/herself within the vehicle; (c) a drinking-in part of the victim’s left face.
The Defendant committed assault against the victim, such as assaulting the victim's getting off from the taxi that suffered from assault, she set off the victim's head from the cell phone, which is a dangerous object cited by the victim's hand, to prevent the defendant from leaving away, and she took off the victim's head from several times, and she took a part in the victim's body with his/her hand and her hair, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as 28 days left 28 days of medical treatment.
2. The Defendant caused property damage to a cell phone store installed in the victim’s taxi at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and destroyed the cell phone store that was not fixed.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the cell phone 20,000 won of the victim's market price.
3. On November 4, 2018, the Defendant expressed that, at around 06:40, the police officers belonging to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station D District D District unit, who called upon 112 reported at the above location, attempted to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender and to board the patrol vehicle, and assaulted the said E, such as “I am out of the front door of the front door of the front door of the front door of the front River Police Station”, “I am out of the front door of the front door of the front door of the front door of the front door of the front door of the front door
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
On October 30, 2018, the Defendant 2018 Godan6604, on or around October 30, 2018, on a taxi operated by the Victim F (76 years of age, remaining) and arrived at the front destination of Gtel in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim demands the taxi fee, spits down twice the victim’s face.
