A. D A. On July 31, 2015, the Defendant and the beneficiary of the insured on July 31, 2015, (i) the period of insurance from July 31, 2015 to July 31, 2025, and (ii) the term of insurance from the insured on July 31, 2015; (iii) the term “Undividend Korea Family Love Insurance (Class 1)” (hereinafter “instant First Contract”); (iv) the term of insurance from the insured on August 17, 2015; (iv) the term of insurance from the beneficiary of the death; (iv) the term of insurance from August 17, 2015 to August 17, 2040; and (v) the insured’s death with the Type 150,000 or KRW 100,000; and (v) the insured’s death with the Type 20 or KRW 100,000,000 each of the instant insurance contracts.

B. D Around 18:40 on November 19, 2015, while driving a car on a one-lane road at the entrance of the entrance entrance of the death-free zone at the seat of the road, D died at around 19:20 on the same day on the same day as D’s cardiopulmonary stop due to two pyropic heat after shocking the seat of the village marked on the right side of the road.

Plaintiff

A The wife, Plaintiff B, and Plaintiff C are children of D. D.

On February 2, 2016, the Plaintiffs claimed the death benefit (hereinafter “instant insurance benefit”) against D’s death as an insured event under each of the instant contracts to the Defendant on February 2, 2016.

E. Of the provisions of the General Insurance Contract No. 1 of the instant case, the provisions on the grounds for not paying insurance money and the procedures for paying insurance money are as follows.

Article 5 (Grounds for Not Payment of Insurance Money) The Company shall not pay insurance money when any of the following causes for the payment of insurance money occurs:
