On March 17, 2011, the Defendant: (a) concluded a lease agreement on the condition that “the monthly rent of KRW 3,080,600, lease period of KRW 36 months; (b) the third party shall not allow the third party to use goods or install goods at the business site owned by the third party,” with respect to one of the CNC half-way equipment owned by the victim in Daegu-gu, the Defendant sold and embezzled the said machinery at KRW 4,00,00,000 without the victim’s consent on March 17, 201.
