except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On April 24, 2014, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo with approximately 4 km from the 102nd road to the 102nd road in Busan Shipping Daegu-dong to the Samsung Electronic Services, which is located in Busan Dong-dong, without obtaining a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol with about 0.055% of blood alcohol concentration, from the 102nd road to the road in front of Samsung Electronic Services, which is located in Busan Dong-dong.
