2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of an intention: The main sentence of Article 3 (2) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

B. On August 1, 2017, the victim after filing the instant indictment, expressed his/her intent not to punish the Defendant.

Dismissal of public prosecution: It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act or more.
