1. Defendant A

A. On August 4, 2014, around 22:30 on August 4, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 100,000,00 and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that: (a) the Defendant was at the Defendant’s house in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, about 908; (b) the Defendant acquired from B a stolen article, which is a stolen article acquired from B, from a taxi article in his/her name-free name.

B. On August 21, 2014, around 03:00 on August 21, 2014, the Defendant purchased 2.55 million won in total and acquired stolen goods from F, knowing that the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the alley-gu 506-1 on the part of the Defendant’s vehicle, F acquired from F, in his/her name, a stolen or lost taxi engineer’s name, from F, from F, and a mobile phone owner’s name, such as Aphone 5, Samsung Tgalian 3, and Samsung Tgalian 3, even though he/she acquired 1.6 cost of stolen goods.

C. On August 30, 2014, around 14:00 on August 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased 1.50,00 won and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that E is a stolen charge from a taxi driver in the name of Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, about 192-1.

2. On August 4, 2014, at around 21:58, Defendant B purchased KRW 210,000 with knowledge of the fact that he/she was the victim H who was stolen from the LPC bank located in K during the period of Ansan-si, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, on August 4, 2014, and acquired stolen goods after purchasing KRW 210,00,00 with knowledge of the fact that he/she was the stolen goods.
