A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
One (No. 3) and 18 (No. 4) of the red scarcity, each of which has been seized.
Punishment of the crime
On June 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on January 13, 2014, and completed the execution of the said punishment.
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On January 26, 2015, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act (fence) around 19:00 on January 26, 2015, at the entrance of the mutual infinite hospital located in Busan, the Defendant purchased and sold 1.2 million won to F through E, and e, e, e, e, e, e, e, e, e, e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e.,

On February 8, 2015, the Defendant, from around 19:01 to around 19:21 of the same day, remitted KRW 1.4 million to the Agricultural Cooperative (H) account in the name of G managed by F through E in the remote area from around February 8, 2015 to around 19:21 of the same day. On February 16:00, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold 6 ghonphones from E at the Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Seoul Metropolitan Seoul Metropolitan bus Terminal Cargo Center’s Cargo Center in the self-employed Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu (Seoul Metropolitan City), using a handphone of approximately 1.4 million from E.
3. On February 24, 2015, the Defendant, from February 24, 2015 to February 21:24, 2015, remitted KRW 1,200,000 to the agricultural cooperative account in the said G in the name of the said G via E from the insular area from around 11:04 to below 21:24 the same day, and at around 19:10 on the same day, purchased approximately 5 g of opon-phones received from E from E insular bus terminals located in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si.

On March 8, 2015, the Defendant, on March 15, 2015, transferred KRW 2200,000 to the bank account (I) in the name of the F and the agricultural bank account in the name of the said G via E from the insular area (hereinafter referred to as Chuncheon City) around 15:04 on March 8, 2015, and on March 9, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 10 g of the phiphonephone, which he received as a hand freight from E before E’s house located in the Gyeonggi-gun District CourtJ, from E and traded the phiphone.
