However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant is a person who works as a C Bus driver.

On February 17, 2016, around 09:30 on the Namyang-si, the Defendant expressed the victim F ( South and 48 years old) (hereinafter “E”) the victim F as “ringing,” and obstructed the victim’s customer reception and settlement of accounts for about 20 minutes, and obstructed the victim’s face one time by drinking the victim’s face to avoid about 20 minutes. On February 19, 2016, at around 12:10 around 12:10, the Defendant: (a) took a bath against the victim F; and (b) laid down two sprinks with the market price of KRW 4.6 million, the victim, who was in the Kabter, was in a Kabter, and damaged it.

3. Obstruction of business;

A. From February 18, 2016 to 05:00 to 13:20 on February 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim F to take a bath, such as “ringer, stoves, stoves, and stoves”; and (b) obstructed the victim’s customer response and settlement of accounts for about four hours during around eight hours.

B. On February 19, 2016, at the place of paragraph 1 around 00:03 around February 19, 2016, the Defendant expressed the victim F “I will be the President of the Asia, the President of the Republic of Korea.”
