1. The defendant ordered the plaintiff to issue an order to the building listed in the attached list, and from March 4, 2014 to March 80 of the above building.

Reasons

1. On November 10, 2012, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the attached list owned by the Plaintiff, leased the building to the Defendant by setting the deposit of KRW 1.2 million, KRW 8 million per month, and the period from May 25, 2012 to May 25, 2015, and delivered the building. The Defendant did not pay the building from March 4, 2014 to the present day. As such, the said lease contract is terminated, and the said building’s name map and the payment of rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to KRW 80,00 per month from March 4, 2014 to the name of the said building is sought.
