On April 20, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendants heard about 20 visitors, such as D, E, and F, from 7 rooms on the upper floor of the 5th floor of the nuclear prison, the 2155-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul, in order to say that Defendant A had a sound “G his/her father and wife, or his/her son and wife,” toward the victim G (ma, 44 years old), and Defendant B had a bit of a bitch bitch, “I son and wife,” and Defendant B had a voiced several times to “I bit bitch bitch,” which is the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to publicly insult the victim.
