Punishment of the crime
On October 11, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.252% on blood alcohol content at around 16:50 on October 11, 2014, and from the road near the coast wharf located in the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu to the point of 16km (intersection) in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Jung-gu Incheon Jung-dong.
