A. On May 22, 2014, the Plaintiff concluded a contract with the Defendant for construction of KRW 125,000,000 for the fixed construction period, and for construction of access roads to the short-sea factories and the bridges from the Defendant in Gyeyang-gu, one hundred and twenty-five thousand won from May 23, 2014 to July 20, 2014 (hereinafter “instant contract”). At that time, the Plaintiff received KRW 45,00,000 out of the construction price from the Defendant.

B. On July 25, 2014, the Plaintiff completed the said construction work.

According to the facts acknowledged in the above 1.1., the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 80,000,000 (=125,000,000 - 45,000,000) and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 19, 2015 to the date of full payment following the service of the instant payment order.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
