1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 5,00,000 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from August 3, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. 2. Applicable provisions of law: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
