On April 26, 2010, the Defendant was a person who was transferred to and served as public interest service personnel C in the Busan Urban Facility Corporation located in the Busan Urban Facility Corporation B, and was absent from work without permission from around 27th of the same month to December 20, 201, and went away from work for at least eight days without good cause.
