[Criminal record] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 16, 2014 by imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of injury in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on October 8, 2014 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 16, 2014.

1. Damage to property;

A. The Defendant from around June 10, 2014 to the same month.

6. From around October, 200 to the above E apartment, the victim Q Q, who is the warden, posted the "personnel statement" on each of the elevator and corridor bulletin boards of the apartment complex, was removed and damaged on several occasions on the ground that the content of criticism is written.

B. From Jun. 11, 2014 to Jun. 24, 2014, the Defendant discovered “public announcement of recruitment of members of the committee for election management” in the name of the chairperson of the committee for election management of the E apartment under the name of the victim R, who was a management warden, posted each elevator of the apartment and corridor on the bulletin board of the said elevator and corridor, and the said public announcement was destroyed by removing the said public announcement through several times on the ground that the Defendant merely was a member of the committee for election management of rental housing, despite the fact that the said court has already decided, and the Defendant posted the said public announcement without the consent of the Defendant, who is not a member of the committee for election management of the general housing for sale.

On August 5, 2014, the Defendant found the “public announcement of the registration of the same representative candidate” in the name of the chairperson of the E Apartment Management Committee, where the victim R, the managing director, posted on the bulletin board of the elevator and corridor of each apartment unit, and damaged it under the pretext of securing data.

가. 피고인은 2014. 9. 18. 경 위 E 아파트 관리사무소 앞 도로 및 인근 도로에서 관리소장인 피해자 R와 동대표인 피해자 S에 대하여 “ 선량한 1,000 세대 이웃 주민 관리비 사기 치는 일부 사기꾼 동 대표와 사기 추종 세력들은 스스로 사퇴 하여 관리비 정상 인하하라!!...
