1. The defendant shall receive the real estate stated in the attached list from the plaintiff and deliver it to the plaintiff in Dong-dong, Dong-dong.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, with respect to future damages for delay, 15% per annum shall not apply in accordance with the proviso of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
