On June 23, 2017, the Defendant driven a DNA-learning car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.140 percent in blood, even though he/she was under the suspension period of driver's license around 00:40, the Defendant driven a DNA-learning car with approximately two kilometers from the front road of "CK" in Gwangju North-gu, to the same front road of the same Gu, and from the front road of the innovation town.

D. Unfavorable circumstances: The defendant's blood alcohol concentration is high, and the crime of this case is repeated despite the record of punishment once due to drinking driving.

Considering the risk of accidents caused by drinking driving, strict punishment is needed for these crimes.
