Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 9, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery at the Jung-gu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on May 22, 2014.

The AFFFF, which had stolen as described in the paragraph, stored the AFC in its name, and withdrawn a total of KRW 6 million from the D’s account by entering the amount of one million in six times.
On June 13, 2015, at around 09:45, the Defendant: (a) from the victim Cho Jae-gu, Youngcheon-ro, Youngcheon-ro, 28, 2015, 2-A, the cash withdrawal for the management of the victims established therein.
The paper, as described in paragraph (1), collected the passbook in D's name, and then released the sum of KRW 1,350,000 from D's account by entering one million won and KRW 3,50,000,000,000 in one time.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
