2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

2. As to this, the defendant's defense is that each of the above loans claim expired by prescription.

B. Inasmuch as the Plaintiff’s instant lawsuit is apparent in the record that the lawsuit was filed on July 25, 2015, ten years after the lawsuit was filed, each of the above loans was extinguished by prescription before the instant lawsuit was filed.

As such, the defendant's defense that asserts is reasonable.

3. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
